Cancel Men.com
How to cancel Men.com, Sean Cody, TwinkPop, Icon Male or Gay Wire
By GayCompare Editors Published 8 sources
Short answer
All five sites name Aylo Premium Ltd in their terms and bill through Probiller, and the terms give the same four ways to cancel: the Cancel login on the site's support page, the Support link in the members' area, the support team, or the cancel link in your receipt. Each membership renews on its own, so cancel every site you joined, a few days before its renewal date.
- Cancelling Men.com does not cancel Sean Cody or Icon Male. Each is a separate membership with its own renewal.
- The Gay Wire and Icon Male intro offers rebill above their $29.99 monthly plans. The Men.com, Sean Cody and TwinkPop trials rebill at the regular price.
- Card refund requests go to customer support within 120 days of the charge. The terms rule out refunds for partly used memberships.
- Charged after cancelling? Probiller says an extra membership package picked at sign-up may still be active.
One owner, five separate memberships
Men.com, Sean Cody, TwinkPop, Icon Male and Gay Wire are sold separately, but each site’s Customer Terms of Service names the same company, Aylo Premium Ltd, and each join page says it uses Probiller as its biller. Gay Wire’s terms also name Mankato Group LLC as its billing company.
Because they share a back office, the cancel steps are the same everywhere. Start from the support page of the site you joined:
- Men.com: support.men.com
- Sean Cody: support.seancody.com
- TwinkPop: support.twinkpop.com
- Icon Male: support.iconmale.com
- Gay Wire: support.gaywire.com
The four ways to cancel
The Men.com terms list four routes, and the terms of the other four sites list the same ones:
- Visit the support page, open the Cancel section and select Login.
- Log in to the members’ area and select Support in the footer.
- Contact the support team through the options on the support page.
- Use the cancellation link in your transaction receipt.
The terms say either side can end the subscription at any time, and that you are responsible for charges up to the date the cancellation takes effect. So cancel a few days before the renewal date, not on it, and keep the confirmation email.
Cancel every site you joined
One owner does not mean one subscription. Men.com’s join page says a membership gives full access to its network of sites and names TwinkPop, Bromo and WhyNotBi among them. It does not name Sean Cody, Icon Male or Gay Wire. Those three have their own join pages, prices and renewals.
If you hold two of these memberships, you need two cancellations. Our Men.com network page shows what each one costs and what a Men.com login covers.
Stop a trial before it rebills
Renewal is the default. The terms say fees “will be automatically renewed at or after the end of the original term selected, unless notice of cancellation is received.” Men.com’s billing support page says trial memberships convert to standard monthly memberships unless cancelled within the trial period.

The Gay Wire and Icon Male intro offers rebill above their regular $29.99 monthly plans. If you only want a look, cancel inside the trial window. If you expect to stay, skip the trial: Men.com costs $8.33/mo on a 12-month plan ($99.99 billed up front), and TwinkPop’s year costs the same.
Charged after you cancelled
- Look for a second package. Probiller says a charge after cancelling may come from an additional membership package selected at sign-up that is still active.
- Contact Probiller. It lists live chat, phone and email, Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm Eastern.
- Ask for a refund in writing. For card payments the terms take refund requests within 120 days of the original transaction and review each one case by case. For gift cards or crypto the window is 90 days, and a refund may not be technically possible. Partly used memberships are not refunded.
- Dispute last. The terms say all chargebacks are investigated and may prevent future purchases with Aylo Billing or the site. Our refund guide covers the order to try things in.
Keep proof
- Save the cancellation email and note the date you cancelled.
- Screenshot the final confirmation screen in case the email never arrives.
- Check the first statement after your renewal date.
Cancelling is not the same as deleting your account. Men.com’s support page offers separate options for cancelling a membership and for accessing or deleting your data; see how to delete your account and data. For every other biller, our general cancellation guide has the lookup pages.
