Lifetime gay porn memberships: do they pay off?

By GayCompare Editors Published 3 sources

Short answer

Only if you will keep the site for years. Japanboyz's $349 lifetime price beats its $99 yearly special only in year 4, and Bear Films' $300 beats its $120 promo year in year 3. Until then the yearly plan costs less, and it lets you leave.

  • Two of the 65 sites we track sell lifetime access: Japanboyz and Bear Films.
  • A lifetime plan is one payment. We never turn it into a monthly price.
  • Japanboyz lifetime members get the same download allowance as yearly members.
  • Both yearly prices beside the lifetime plans are promos. If they renew higher, lifetime pays off sooner.
  • Lifetime depends on the site and the plan lasting. Read the terms before you pay once.

Which sites sell lifetime access

Two of the 65 memberships we track offer a one-time lifetime price. Here is how each compares with the same site’s yearly and monthly plans:

Lifetime plans and when they pay off · prices verified Oct 6, 2026
Site Lifetime, once Yearly plan Beats the yearly plan in Monthly Beats monthly from
Japanboyz $349 $99 (promo) year 4 $28.96 month 13
Bear Films $300 $120 (promo) year 3 $34.95 month 9
Southern Strokes $300 $120 (promo) year 3 $34.95 month 9
Daddy on Twink $300 $120 (promo) year 3 $34.95 month 9
Touch That Boy $300 $120 (promo) year 3 $34.95 month 9
Bareback That Hole $300 $120 (promo) year 3 $34.95 month 9
Prideflame $400 $150 (promo) year 3 $39.95 month 11
"Beats the yearly plan in year N" assumes the yearly plan renews at today's price every year. A promo year may not.

The math in one line

Divide the lifetime price by the yearly price, drop the decimals and add one. That is the year in which paying once starts to cost less than renewing every year.

  • Japanboyz: $349 once, against a $99 yearly special. Lifetime wins in year 4.
  • Bear Films: $300 once, against a $120 promo year. Lifetime wins in year 3.

Against month-to-month billing, lifetime pays off within the first year or so, as the table shows. But anyone staying that long should be on the yearly plan, so that is the fair comparison.

When lifetime makes sense

  • You have kept the site for a year or more already. You know the catalog holds your interest.
  • The yearly price is a promo that may not last. Japanboyz’s special reads “Billed yearly in one payment of $99”, and Bear Films shows no renewal price for its promo year. If either renews higher, lifetime pays off sooner than the table shows.
  • The plan includes what you use. At Japanboyz, lifetime members get the same download allowance as yearly members: 15 downloads per 30 days on yearly and lifetime plans; 10 on monthly and 3-month plans.

The risks of paying once

  • You lose the exit. A yearly plan lets you leave every twelve months. A lifetime payment is spent on day one.
  • Lifetime means the life of the site and the plan. Your access depends on the site staying open and keeping the plan. Read its terms for what happens if it changes.
  • Refunds are unlikely. Billers generally don’t refund used time, so treat the payment as final.
  • Billing cycles can be unusual. Japanboyz words its shorter plans in 30- and 90-day cycles, not calendar months.

The alternative

Buy the yearly special, set a reminder before it renews, and decide again with a year of use behind you. Monthly vs yearly shows when a year beats paying monthly, and our deals page lists the current specials. If Japan is the draw, the Japanese ranking compares Japanboyz with the performer-led sites.
